Graduate Development Programme
Annual Recruitment
Being a forward thinking Company, we recruit graduates annually to start in the summer, and develop them over a number of years to be our managers of the future.
Successful applicants will follow a 24 month development programme during which they will complete placements in each of the main business areas. Characteristics of the programme are:
- Completion of individual projects on key business issues, to include recommendations for future action.
- Full financial sponsorship and training for a professional qualification
- A mentoring programme
- Continuing training and personal development
Completion of the Programme
Upon completion, graduates will start their career in a department area which best suits their own preference and skills set, usually in sales, marketing, account management, customer services, credit management or IT.
They may stay in the department area of their first job to develop their career in that function, or they may move department to gain wider experience.
Selection Criteria
We're looking for the ambition and enthusiasm to become managers in the UK Insolvency Helpline of the future.
To be selected for interview you must:-
- have a strong academic background, you should have, or be expecting an Honours Degree of at least a 2.1 grade
- be able to work on your own initiative without close supervision, and manage your own projects through to completion
- be flexible, adaptable and comfortable with change
- be enthusiastic about challenge with a 'can-do' attitude
