Due to the rapid growth Money Advice Direct, we are constantly seeking to expand our team.
We are expanding our existing team who provide a year round telephone service offering business advice and financial assistance.
You should be an experienced insolvency administrator (CPI or JIEB Level) or qualified to postgraduate level in a relevant subject. Experience in a similar role is desirable. Telephone and computer skills would be advantage, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be well organised and methodical in your work.
You will be required to work a shift pattern for which an allowance is paid.
This is an interesting and varied role which will require you to be adaptable to the needs of the customer and the organisation. It allows you to use your initiative and have input into the future development of the services
