Money Advice Direct has been working with the Armed Services and Ex Services personnel for some time. Each year, many armed services and Ex Services staff find themselves in serious debt. Working in the Armed services is difficult and stressful enough without the extra worry of debt problems.

Money Advice Direct has been providing debt management advice for over 20 years to the HM Armed Services and Ex Services. The specialist advice unit works closely with the welfare teams of the following sections:

Specially trained civilian debt advice workers work closely with armed services staff  and support staff in resolving their debt problems. The team has established itself as the leading service in dealing with armed service and ex services personal debt solutions.

The UK Insolvency Helpline Armed services Support Team was formed to alleviate hardship within Service families.

We offer a confidential and non-judgemental telephone listening and advice service offered by specially trained civilian advisers who will discuss any money related issue which may causing concern or personal distress. Operators will endeavour to identify possible sources of support or resolution, and if needed direct action will be taken by the Supportline on 0800 074 6918. Callers may remain anonymous and no names are taken.
