- Add up the total of all the unfair bank charges
- Inform the offending bank including a photocopy of the highlighted statement pages.
- The bank will either refuse to meet your claim or offer make an offer.
- If the bank charges are small the bank may settle pay out.
- If you do not get a satisfactory response regarding the bank charges the next move is to take legal action claiming back bank charges.
- The bank must defend its case or settle out of court
